NA 058 Lighting Technology Standards Committee
The Lighting Technology Standards Committee (FNL) within DIN Deutsches Institut für Normung e. V. is in charge of the development of national standards, and is also responsible for the German representation in the development of European and International Standards in the field of light and lighting with regard to natural and artificial lighting in the range of ultraviolet, visible and infrared radiation. This includes terminology, fundamentals of vision, photometry, radiometry, lighting applications for interior and exterior lighting, energy efficiency of lighting and photobiological effects of light and lighting.
